Apologies to all those who have been stopping by hoping for an update, but I have been working flat out on a number of projects, none of which were writing related and have consequently had nothing of relevance to impart.
However, that is all behind me now and I'm back raring to go.
The only bit of writing news I did have over the last 3 weeks was an email from Save as Writers Group asking for permission to publish my story "Shot at dawn" in an upcoming anthology of theirs, which of course I was more than happy to agree to. That should be out some time next year apparently.
So what do the next few weeks hold for me writing wise? Well firstly I shall get stuck into what will hopefully be the last edit of Last stand of old heroes, prior to submission to my publisher and I've also been asked to write a short story for an anthology aimed at raising money for a very worthwhile cause, more information about which I shall be providing over the coming weeks.
I've also been provided with a list of reviewers to whom it might be worth me submitting one of my books. Again I haven't really had chance to look into the people on the list but apparently there's some serious players on there who will tell it as it really is. Whilst honest reviews are all we as writers should really care about, it's still scary stuff.
Again, more information to follow once I've had the chance to look into it all...
